A site that answers parents before they call
Parents decide about your academy on a phone screen, usually at night, usually with two other academies open in another tab. If the schedule is from last term, there is no tuition page, and the only way to ask a question is to call you during class hours, they call the academy that made it easy instead.
What is going wrong
- The same four questions on the phone every afternoon — schedule, tuition, what grade you take from, where to park — while a class is waiting for you
- Consultation requests coming in as texts to your personal phone, answered whenever you next get a chance to look down
- A new term starting with last term's schedule still on the site, because changing it means asking whoever built it
- Parents who heard your name from another parent, searched it, found nothing solid, and enrolled down the street
What you get
- A consultation request form a parent can fill in at 11pm — child's grade, preferred time, what they want to ask — arriving in your inbox
- Class schedules and levels on a page you update yourself, not a PDF from March
- Tuition and what it covers, written down once, so the phone stops being your FAQ
- Teachers, classrooms, and what a first consultation actually looks like — the things parents check before they trust you with their kid
- Korean and English versions when you teach in both
How long it takes
We scope academy sites at three to five weeks, and if you are building toward an enrolment period we schedule backwards from that date, not ours.
